Competence a la (PC-)card
Below we present you our preferred measurement devices for system conception
and associated software development. Depending on the problem to solve we use PC-card based systems
(ISA, PCI, PCMCIA) as like as external measurement devices connected by several bus systems
(GPIB, USB and others). For every measurement device shown on this page we have developed
our own software driver for LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time or LabWindows/CVI or have adapted existing software drivers
for easy integration into new projects to be developed with LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time, LabWindows/CVI,
TestStand or MeasurementStudio.
Our experience in developing reliable, failsafe software applications for measurement
devices is one of our most essential premises for creating stable and sophisticated customer applications.

SourceMeter 2601A, 2602A, 2611A, 2612A, 2635A, 2636A
The devices of this series combine a precision power supply with true current source, DMM,
arbitrary waveform generator, V or I pulse generator and an electronic load into an
all in one instrument. Using the embedded Test Script Processor (TSP) complex measurement and control runs
can be designed and saved permanently in the device and executed without a PC.

Model 3706 Six-slot System Switch with High Performance DMM
The Series 3700 offers scalable measurement with up to 576 channels per mainframe.
Several mainframes can be connected in series for easy upgrade capabilities and be controlled by
only one PC over one connection. Over TSP-Link Series 2600 SourceMeter can be seamlessly connected
and controlled e.g. by scripts.

With the series 3700 plugin cards you can individually configure your measurement data acquisition.

Multimeter Switch System 2700, 2701, 2750 (Integra)
The Integra 27xx devices offer a high-precision DMM (6 1/2 digit, 22 bit resolution) with a preordered multiplexer.
With several Integra 77xx plugin cards different measurement configurations up to 200 measurement channels per device can be built up.
All Integra 27xx devices have integrated RS232 and GPIB (IEEE 488) interfaces.

Integra plugin cards 7700, 7701, 7702, 7703, 7705, 7706, 7707, 7708, 7709, 7710, 7711, 7712
By using this plugin cards you can individually configure your Integra 27xx Switch System.
Automatic cold junction compensation (CJC), external signal control, analog and digital outputs, additional digital inputs,
event counters and other features are available to expand the multiplexing functionality of Integra 27xx devices.
The Integra 77xx plugin cards can be used with all Integra 27xx devices and are detected automatically.

SourceMeter 2400, 2410, 2420, 2425, 2430, 2440
The SourceMeter 24xx devices are especially designed for enviroments where a stable power supply
and high-precision measurements are necessary. Every SourceMeter is both a programmable DC voltage/current source
and a true 5 1/2 digit multimeter. All SourceMeter 24xx devices are controlled via RS232 or GPIB (IEEE 488) interface.

Digital Multimeter 2000, 2001, 2002, 2010, 2100
These multimeters are based on a fast and noiseless A/D technology. They combine a
broad measuring range and a superior accuracy - 13 different measuring functions with resolutions
up to 8½ digits leave nothing to be desired for flexibility and precision. Optional switch cards
enable multiplexing up to 20 different input signals for multipoint measurement applications.

Switch 7001, 7002 and switch cards
The 700x series devices are high density switch mainframes, supporting up to 400 multiplex channels.
The front panel permits simple and fast programming. The use of over 20 different types of switch cards
permits high-speed scans up to 165 channels/second and allows a very flexible usage of the 700x series devices
(7011, 7012, 7013, 7014, 7015, 7017, 7018, 7019, 7020, 7021, 7035, 7036, 7037, 7038,
7053, 7056, 7065, 7067, 7090, 7111, 7152, 7153, 7154, 7158, 7168).

SourceMeter (SMU) 2601, 2602, 2611, 2612, 2635, 2636
The modular, scalable devices of the 26xx series were developed as ATE systems
in order to perform precision DC, impulse and low frequency AC source measure tests. With the so-called
Embedded Test Script Processor (TSP) command sequences are programmed and downloaded to the device; these
sequences are executed automatically, independent from any PC operating system.

Current Source 6220, 6221
The power sources of the models 6220/6221 offer an output current with an extremely
low interference level. Due to the high source accuracy and the integrated control functions the models
6220 and 6221 are especially suited for applications such as hall effect measurements, delta mode resistance
tests, pulsed measurements and differential conductance measurements.

High Resistance Meter 6517A Scanner Cards 6521, 6522
The High Resistance Meter 6517A offers many different ways to measure high
resistances or the resistance of isolating materials. With a measuring speed of up to 125 values/second
the model 6517A is substantially faster than comparable devices. It is especially suited for measuring
low level currents.

USB - based data acquisition modules KUSB-3100, 3102, 3108, 3116, 3160
These small-sized USB measuring devices offer a genuine Plug and Play functionality and
portability, whereby a larger measuring flexibility is obtained. Using the USB interface for data acquisition
as an alternative way to ISA, PCI and PCMCIA data acquisition cards, the dependeny on the PC motherboard
technology is dramatically reduced.

NI CompactDAQ offers Plug&Play of USB based data acquisition systems to sensors
as well as testbed measurements for mobile applications and within production processes.
CompactDAQ is suited for fast and precise measurements in a compact and low-priced system.

Highly reliable, configurable and rugged control and aquisition system. With reconfigurable FPGA, built-in
signal conditioning and running real-time applications under LabVIEW RT it allows the direct connection of sensors and
actuators and combines the properties of a classical SPS with the most modern measurement techniques.

FieldPoint (FP), Compact FieldPoint (cFP)
Highly configurable Programmable Automation Controller (PAC)
with rugged I/Os and intelligent communication interfaces. Develop with LabVIEW Real-Time deterministic programs,
which automatically publish already filtered, calibrated, and scaled sensor signals over the network or perform a
controlled savety fallback in case of an error.

The devices of the S-series have up to 8 analog simultaneously sampled input channels,

data acquisition/logging in vehicles and portable applications for voltage and environmental measurements.

The 67xx series devices are analog output modules. They provide up to 16 voltage
and current outputs, which can be used independently at the same time, as well as up to 8 digital I/O channels.
With these modules complete test systems can be economically integrated into only one PXI chassis.

Device class of digital I/O cards with 5V TTL and CMOS measurement targets.
Up to 96 digital I/O channels, output current up to 24 mA, programmable reset state, I/O state transition detection,
programmable input filters and digital I/O watchdogs make this device class a reasonable solution
for product testing and industrial applications.

These devices offer channel isolation as well as extended voltage ranges; so they are
ideally suited for direct connections to industrial devices with high voltages and different ground potentials.

Smart, self-sufficient, electrical isolated measurement acquisition without the need for any
additional transducer or control system, data transmission via TCP/IP or RS232/485, integrated data logging, self-hosted homepage,
error message dispatching by eMail, modem or GSM - these are some of the unique properties of this device class.
By using its measurement module exchange capabilities many different measurement scenarios can be implemented.
The device configuration is saved permanently inside the device and is available immediately after power on.
