With LabVIEW we program and develop sophisticated customer-specific applications for measurement data acquisition, signal processing and data analysis. We visualize the measurement data on customized user interfaces, save them in different file formats, log the measurement data and generate the final test report.
Deterministic Real-Time Applications on Embedded Stand-Alone Systems
In conjunction with LabVIEW Real-Time/RT and LabVIEW FPGA as well as suitable hardware (e.g. NI CompactRIO (cRIO) oder NI Compact FieldPoint (cFP)) we realize autarkic, PC-independent real-time controls with fast measurement and control algorithms which supersede the usage of a conventional PLC.
With LabVIEW we automatize the access to your measurement device. We build an independent application with graphical user interface for you or integrate the instrument in foreign software using existing interfaces.
LabVIEW Driver Development
For your product we develop the appropriate LabVIEW driver in the specified version - without additional license fees.
With LabVIEW we have access to all common hardware and software interfaces (RS232 / RS485 / RS422, GPIB, USB, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, IrDA, Bluetooth, VISA, DataSocket, Port access, DLL, API, ActiveX, eMail, SMTP, POP, HTTP ...).
We compile your LabVIEW project and build an executable file (*.exe) or a library (*.dll) as well as a setup for easy installation; you may use them any number of times without additional license fees. A LabVIEW development environment on the target system is not required.
LabVIEW uses a graphical programming language called G mainly for the development of measurement and automation applications. LabVIEW makes it possible for the user to define his own measurement application and to realize it without wasting time. LabVIEW is the quasi-standard in graphical programming for measurement needs. Many manufacturers of measurement hardware now offer drivers for LabVIEW, so implementing of new hardware components is in most cases no problem at all.
LabVIEW is outstandingly suited for quick and easy software development within the test bay, where the final application comes into operation. We use LabVIEW mainly if the customer has LabVIEW and wants to modify the final program (e.g. in research and development), but also for creation of standalone applications.
